English - Maude Goslin

Mrs. Harry English died at her home in Gary on Sunday. She has been suffering for a long time from goitre. Her maiden name was Maude Goslin and she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Winfield Goslin and was living here at the time of her marriage to Mr. English. The father and mother are both dead, as well as her only sister, Mrs. Joseph Hicks. She is survived by the husband and one son, Harper. She had many friends here who will regret her death. it has been her custom to come to Waveland every Decoration Day, but this year her health was so poor that she was unable to accompany Mr. English. She was a member of the Baptist Church. - kbz
